Glynis Romanica, from Powell River, BC is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and has spent most of the twenty–five years of her involvement in the education system in that province. She has taught at all grade levels from 1 through 12 and worked in various capacities. She has been a classroom teacher, and has worked with students as a Teacher Librarian, a Resource Teacher and as an Enrichment Specialist. The last years in Manitoba were spent working as a Guidance Counselor. While in Manitoba, Glynis was part of the process of implementing Restitution in two schools. She has trained in Reality therapy and is certified in Control Theory. Glynis has mentored extensively with Diane Gossen. She has facilitated Restitution workshops with parents and educators throughout Manitoba and British Columbia.
