Mary Otto has twenty-two years experience as a principal. Mary earned a Master's Degree in Education Administration from North Dakota State University. In 2001, she was name North Dakota's National Distinguished Principal of the Year. Mary began studying the ideas of Restitution during her school districts implementation of the ODDEM process in 1990. She is certified in Control Theory and is currently a practicum supervisor and faculty member of the International Association of Applied Control Theory (IAACT). Mary has spent the past several years mentoring with Diane Gossen and Judy Anderson. She is a Restitution I trainer. Currently, she is working with ten school districts in North Dakota in the implementation of Restitution.
