Teresa Rosen

Teresa Rosen became the Dean of Students of Richfield Senior High School in 1992 and is currently the Assistant Principal, Richfield, MN in a first string suburb of Minneapolis.  Over the past five years Teresa has shared the ideas of Restitution with the staff of her school and now all teachers are supportive of this approach with students.  When students are encouraged to strengthen themselves by fixing their problems the results are reduced disciplinary incidents and strengthening of the diverse school community.  Teresa is an experienced trainer who has worked in many schools in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and North Dakota.
