Laurel Chelsom, M.Ed

Laurel Chelsom is a teacher/counselor with the Saskatoon Board of Education. She has over 20 years experience working with at risk youth. Her educational background includes a B. Ed. in Special Education and an M.Ed. in Counseling. She has used the ideas of Restitution for several years.
