Jóna graduated from The Teachers University of Iceland 1994.  After that she was a teacher in the north west part of Iceland.  Later she was a vice principal in school with 500 pupils for five years from 2002 - 2007.  During that time she started to learn and use Restitution.  Jóna was the leader of innovation of Restitution in four schools in her area.  Now she is a teacher in a little town wish is innovating Restitution both in the school and in the Kindergarten and Jóna is working as a leader in that progress.  She is also a chairman in the association of teacher in Iceland that are working with Restitution.
